Semi-dry sparkling wine in best CAIR quality. The sparkling Boheme Rosé Demi-Sec is mainly made from Mandilaria and Muscat grapes. Boheme Rosé DemiSec from CAIR has a bright cherry colour. The red and white fruits were picked and gently pressed and the juice been allowed to settle naturally before being filtered and vivified. The stabilized fresh rose wine is fermented again using the Cuve Close Method under controlled temperature of 14°C . The resulting sparkling wine has elegant bubbles with long presence. 2012 awarded the gold medal at the International Wine Competition in Thessaloniki. Goes well with fruit salad or gourmet cheese.
